At Ideal Pool & Spa, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return most unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team or log into your account portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the item in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all manuals, parts, and chemical safety seals are intact.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print your prepaid shipping label and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box to prevent processing delays.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
